My Story

January 6, 2022, is the day I stopped fighting alone and asked for help. That decision led me to the San Antonio Recovery Center, where 45 days of treatment changed the direction of my life.

After treatment, I entered sober living, found work in digital marketing, and began rebuilding one day at a time. I showed up to meetings, worked the 12 Steps with my sponsor, and built a foundation for lasting recovery.

Today, more than four years later, I am back in my hometown, supported by family, grounded in therapy, consistent with my medication, and closer to my Higher Power than ever. Addiction no longer runs my life. I live in freedom.

Sober Apparel Shop was created from lived experience, not a marketing idea. After spending more than 25 years in active addiction, I finally found recovery and have now been living clean and sober for over four years. Recovery changed everything for me. It gave me clarity, purpose, and a chance to rebuild a life I once thought was lost.

Sober Apparel Shop grew out of that transformation. I wanted to create something that could spread hope and show others that life after addiction is real. Every design I create carries a message that speaks to the strength, resilience, and honesty that recovery requires. These pieces are more than clothing. They are conversation starters and quiet signals to others in recovery that they are not alone.

This brand is built by someone who has lived it and continues to live it every day. My goal is simple. To celebrate sobriety, inspire hope, and remind people that recovery is possible.
