Shipping policy

Order Processing: 

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your item is ready for shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected items and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• United States: 3 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Separate Shipments:

Some items may ship separately if they are produced or fulfilled at different locations. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us at info@soberapparel.shop immediately.
